August Construction Update – Fantasea Condo Kamala 
We’re thrilled to share the progress we’ve made in August at Fantasea Condo Kamala! 
Here’s an overview of the advancements made over the past month:
• 
Electrical Installation: The power systems have been installed, and the electrical conduits are all in place, ensuring the building’s utilities are on track for completion.
• 
Plumbing & Fire Systems: The water supply and fire safety systems have been successfully set up, including the installation of pumps and piping throughout the building. 
• 
Interior Finishing: We’ve started the interior finishing, including wall painting, ceiling installations, and flooring, making the units feel closer to completion.
• 
Rooftop Structure: Significant progress has been made on the rooftop area, where the structure for common spaces, including the swimming pool and lounge areas, is being developed. 
• 
Final Touches: Windows, doors, and bathroom installations are in progress, giving the units their first glimpse of livable space. 
We are moving steadily toward completion and are excited to see the vision for Fantasea Condo Kamala coming to life! Stay tuned for more updates in the coming months!
