26 JUNE 2024-25 JULY 2024 PROGRESS HIGHLIGHTS FOR FANTASEA CONDO KAMALA
Here’s the progress report and pictures for our Fantasea Condo Kamala from June 26 to July 25. We’re excited to share that we’ve made significant strides this month. The details are as follows:
- Ceiling Works: The ceiling installation and finishing have advanced significantly. Workers are meticulously painting and preparing the surfaces for the final touches, indicating that this phase is nearing completion.
- Wall Finishing: Extensive work has been done on the interior walls, including plastering and painting, ensuring a smooth and finished surface. This crucial step is progressing well, with workers applying coatings and perfecting the walls.
- Electrical System Installation: The installation of electrical control panels is underway, with wiring works progressing efficiently. This is a critical phase in establishing the building’s electrical infrastructure, essential for operational readiness.
- Waterproofing and Surface Preparation: Exterior surface preparation and waterproofing on the rooftop areas have been diligently carried out. Workers are sealing the surfaces to prevent water ingress, which is vital for the building’s long-term durability.
- Tiling: The tiling work in the bathroom areas is advancing steadily, with walls now covered with tiles, providing a clean and functional surface. This is a key part of the interior finishing that ensures the building’s usability.
