Capri Residence – September Progress Update
We’re thrilled to share the latest developments from the Capri Residence project! 🏗️ The construction is moving along smoothly, and each day brings us closer to a spectacular finish. Here’s a snapshot of the key progress we’ve made this month:
- 📦 Structural Expansion Underway
The building’s framework is growing steadily. With cranes working tirelessly, we’re ensuring that each phase is executed efficiently to maintain our timeline. - 🛠️ Concrete Work and Reinforcements
Workers are pouring concrete and reinforcing structures to strengthen the foundation and upper floors. It’s all about laying the groundwork for long-term stability! - ⚙️ Plumbing and Electrical Progress
The installation of pipes and electrical systems is progressing well, ensuring that everything is perfectly aligned for smooth operations. - 🔩 Roof & Flooring Work in Full Swing
The roof structure is taking shape, with materials in place for waterproofing. Flooring installation is also underway, bringing us one step closer to a polished interior. - 🧱 Walls and Interiors Coming to Life
Walls are being installed and fine-tuned across various units. The interiors are gradually transforming, giving us a sneak peek of the finished look!
