🏗️ August Construction Update – Fantasea Condo Kamala 🏢
We’re thrilled to share the progress we’ve made in August at Fantasea Condo Kamala! 🎉 Here’s an overview of the advancements made over the past month:
- ⚡ Electrical Installation: The power systems have been installed, and the electrical conduits are all in place, ensuring the building’s utilities are on track for completion.
• 🚰 Plumbing & Fire Systems: The water supply and fire safety systems have been successfully set up, including the installation of pumps and piping throughout the building. 💧🚒
• 🎨 Interior Finishing: We’ve started the interior finishing, including wall painting, ceiling installations, and flooring, making the units feel closer to completion.
• 🏞️ Rooftop Structure: Significant progress has been made on the rooftop area, where the structure for common spaces, including the swimming pool and lounge areas, is being developed. 🌿🏊
• 🚪 Final Touches: Windows, doors, and bathroom installations are in progress, giving the units their first glimpse of livable space. 🚪🚿
